With a private course, you receive a program or lesson completely tailored to your needs.

A childbirth preparation course prepares you for your delivery. It can be done entirely online or in the comfort of your own home, so you don’t have to go anywhere.

• Perhaps you appreciate the one-on-one attention and need complete focus.
• A private pregnancy course is ideal when, for example, you need to take it easy for medical reasons. A course outside the home is often too demanding in this case.
• When you are pregnant with your next child, you may no longer feel the need for a group course. However, you still need to refresh information and/or do exercises tailored to your personal needs.
• Your delivery is approaching, and at the last moment, you feel the need to prepare well for your delivery.
• You have already taken the pregnancy yoga course or are still working on it. There are a few things you just can’t shake off, causing you stress or tension. Through the private lesson, we can address these issues, helping you feel more confident and calm.

We also offer private yoga nidra classes as preparation for childbirth, postnatal yoga, and baby massage for after delivery.

If the travel time exceeds 30 minutes, travel costs will be charged.
