“I truly believe in the power of movement, that movement is medicine, for the body and for the mind.”

I’ve always been fascinated by pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Long before I became a mother myself, I found myself asking all sorts of questions to every pregnant woman or new mum around me, endlessly curious about this extraordinary chapter of life.

I started my yoga practice in 2018 and haven’t stopped exploring, learning and growing since, through the physical practice, meditation and pranayama, which have each become equally essential to my wellbeing and emotional balance. Yoga changed me so deeply as a person that I felt a strong urge to start sharing these beautiful and powerful practices, in the hope that they might help others too.

I began teaching vinyasa yoga in 2022, and naturally moved towards specialising in prenatal and postnatal yoga, a way to bring together two of my greatest passions. Since then, helping pregnant and postpartum women reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and find calm and groundedness, as they approach birth, and as they recover from it, has been one of the greatest gifts.

Alongside movement and mindfulness, I believe that how we nourish ourselves is just as powerful as how we move. This holistic approach – body, breath and nourishment – is at the heart of everything I teach and share.

Becoming a mother myself has only deepened all of this. I now bring not just knowledge, but lived experience to every class, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
