During pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, a woman goes through an enormous transition, and every Mom deserves to receive loving care and attention.

It is the most beautiful, powerful, vulnerable, and intense journey there is. I have experienced this myself as a mother of two beautiful daughters, which led me to make a career out of my love for guiding and supporting (expecting) Moms.

My love and passion for motherhood were born during my first pregnancy. Since then, I have fully dedicated myself to supporting and guiding (expecting) mothers, specializing in pregnancy yoga, birth preparation, pregnancy massages, & postpartum treatments.

Gentleness, the right knowledge & guidance, and connection with your body, baby, and partner make all the difference in how this period is experienced and help you land softly into motherhood.

During this course, I would love to help you connect with what you and your body already know deep down.

Through Pregnancy Yoga, meditation, Pranayama, & visualization exercises, you will get (back) in touch with your inner wisdom, intuition, body, and confidence.

This also includes sharing the necessary knowledge so that you and your (birth) partner feel supported and prepared for one of the most significant events of your life. Even if things turn out differently than planned.
A process you dare to face with confidence instead of making choices based on fear, so that giving birth can be an empowering and positive experience that you look back on for the rest of your life.
