It is the most beautiful thing there is: conceiving, being pregnant, the birth, and the first year.<\/h2>

It is also very intense; a lot comes your way. Being pregnant invites you to turn inward, because a living being resides inside you, not outside. Your body undergoes changes, and you get moments to be more in touch with yourself and your little one because so much is happening\u2014so many feelings and emotions. The journey to motherhood begins right here. <\/p>

After I became a mother myself, I understood it all better and instantly fell in love with this cycle and transformation. Good preparation is certainly necessary because there are so many important topics you need to know beforehand to make your birth as smooth and pleasant as possible. You don’t have control over the birth, but you can guide it with your body, your breath, your baby, and the moment. <\/p><\/div>

The classes are so valuable for taking a moment for yourself and your baby amidst the hectic pace of the day. A moment to let everything slide away and turn inward. <\/p><\/div>

My role as a birth coach (instructor) is to listen, to guide you if there are fears, and to alleviate them before the birth. I am here to remind you how powerful you are, because giving birth is in your nature\u2014anyone can do it. The more confidence you have in your body, the more relaxed you are, and the more you are connected to your intuition, the better you can give your body the space to do its work without potential complications. I provide you with tools, effective breathing exercises, and valuable information so you can make the right choices for yourself. This way, you can begin a beautiful journey toward the birth of your baby and your motherhood with confidence in your own abilities. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
